Red is really not my favorite color, but I have to say that it doesn't look too shabby on the Tiger.

My Triumph is manufactured in 1997 and has 63.000 Km on here back. The Triumph Tiger is a versatile tourer and inter-city commuter with the same rear wheel power as a BMW R1150GS.

The previous owners have taken care of here and I have disassembled and refurbished the Tiger.

This was desperately needed.

Apparently it had only been visually serviced, not mechanically!
Some of the screws could not be loosened, the right hand side fairing could not be removed from the tank, and so much more...

Now she is nearly like out of the store! She had some electrical difficulties but I got that under control as well, I hope... ;)

I also installed additional LED headlights on this occasion with protective grille to match!

It was time for a new helmet !
Since the wind protection is not exactly good on the Tiger it had to be a helmet that protects me from the wind! The new one now is an Scorpion ADX-1 modular helmet.
Off-road or On-road, one can do both with the versatile Scorpion.

The helmet is perfect for endure,  adventure and touring rider.
Great helmet !

More to come...
